City of Perth Surf Life Saving Club – Objectives
To maintain efficient patrolling of the beach under the control of the club. To ensure the most effective methods of rescuing persons in distress, and the resuscitation of the apparently drowned, by study and practice of the methods of Surf Life Saving as taught by Surf Lifesaving Australia Limited. To do all things that are incidental or conductive to the attainment of the foregoing objectives. To provide for the recreational, social, sporting and educational needs of the members. To be recognised in the Town of Cambridge as an authority and provider on matters related to beach and aquatic safety management. The City of Perth Surf Life Saving Club was formed in 1924.
