What do clubbies do once the summer's over? Well, on Sunday April 16th City of Perth SLSC took on Scarboro in a game of Froccer, which, as the name suggests, is soccer while wearing a frock!
Unfortunately the dismal Scarboro team could only muster 7 players and City retained the trophy they won in '99 on a forfeit. Some of the 20+ City squad then crossed the floor to allow the game to go ahead on a 'friendly' basis.
A highly skilled, fast-paced game followed, and a good time was had by all. The result? Well, let's just say that sport was the winner. (And one goalie collected big from an unnamed Indian bookmaker)
