The City boaties were well represented with four crews competing for the club
Steve Bowler's Reserve crew raced in their first carnival of the season and got 2nd in the final
Mal's u23 boys had a big day rowing in seven races all up. I think they got 4th in the u23 final and 4th or 5th in the Reserve final.
Peter's Reserve boat crew had three races in the heats but unfortunately did not make the final.
Bruce's u23 boys had a mix bag of races. Two of the very good ones saw a 2nd and 3rd place finish, but unfortunately one of the bad ones was in the Reserve semi final and they did not make it past that.
All in all a good day for the Boat section.
