The 2009 Annual General Meeting was held on Sunday.
The following committee positions were appointed by the meeting:
- President - Jeff Scott
- Vice President - Grant Trew
- Secretary - Lea Anderson
- Captain - John Davies
- Member Development - Penny Cohen
- Junior Officer - Chris Murphy
- Judiciary Committee - Bill Gaynor (chairman)
- Life Membership Committee - Jeff Scott (chairman)
It was also resolved that membership fees for the 2009-10 season would be unchanged from 2008-09.
