Having already won the Club, State, Interstate and Australian Ironwoman crowns this season, Alicia Marriott will be looking to add one more in July.
Alicia's spectacular season has been rewarded with selection in the Australian team for the World Championships, to be held in Germany in July.
Australia will be looking to defend their world number one ranking, and Alicia will be required to cover a multitude of both pool and ocean events.
Although City has produced World Champions in the past, Alicia will be our first member to take part in the international teams component of the event.
