The Annual General Meeting will be held at 9:00 am, Sunday 22nd July 2007 at the club. The meeting agenda and summary of proposed changes to the Constitution are now available.

Please be aware that to be eligible to vote, you must
- hold a Bronze Medallion; or
- hold an Advanced Resuscitation Certificate. or
- be a Life Member of the club; or
- be an Officer of the club.
In addition you must have paid at least 50% of your fees for next season - However, if the proposed changes to the constitution are endorsed and passed, you must have paid 100% of your fees, rather than just 50%. We suggest everyone pays 100% of their fees prior to the meeting starting. The hall will be open from 8:30am to receive fees.
The changes to the Constitution have been available here for several weeks and a "Constitutional Forum" was held on the 24th June. A summary of the proposed changes is available.
