One of the clubs most inspirational leaders, John Leivers was club Vice Captain in 1975-76 and 1976-77 before taking on the Club Captain's role for the next four years. In 1982-83 he was Vice President.

John is also one of the clubs most succesful competitors at State, Australian and World Championship level.
