Montana Ardon joined City in the 2007-08 season. As part of Leigh Buchan's fantastically talented squad of beachies, she was immediately successful at both State and Australian level. At the 2008 State Championships Montana won the Under 17 Women's Beach Sprint as well as two relays. At the Australian Championships she was a member of the gold medal winning Under 19 Women's Beach Relay, and the silver medal Under 17 Women's Beach Relay.
At the 2009 Australian Championships Montana was again a member of both the Under 17 and Under 19 Women's Beach Relay teams, both of which won the gold medal. She also won an individual silver in the Under 17 Women's Beach Sprint.
In 2010 Montana won another sprint medal, a bronze in the Under 19 Women's, and was part of the silver medal winning Under 19 Women's Beach Relay
