Venue hire is inclusive of the venue only. No set up or equipment is included.

A $100 deposit is required submit your application and will secure the venue and date of your function. The deposit will be returned in full should this application be unsuccessful. Upon acceptance of the application the contract becomes final.
The deposit will be deducted from the hire charges upon full payment.
The balance of the hire fee must be paid 14 days prior to the commencement of the class.
All instructors must hold their own public liability insurance to a minimum limit of $5,000,000 for any one claim. A current certificate of insurance must be given on confirmation of booking.
The $100 deposit is held as a bond until the contract expires.
Cancellation of a single class must be given 2 weeks prior to the date. For cancellation of the ongoing hire 4 weeks notice must be given.
The Club is always extremely careful when looking after people and their belongings; however, we cannot take responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise left on the premises, prior to, during or after the function. Unfortunately accidents do happen and we must specify that any damage to the Function Centre or related property during an event becomes the financial responsibility of the organiser.
The Club is a non-smoking venue and smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
